Sunset over Murton

I woke feeling dreadful again and although it was a lovely sunny day couldn't muster up any energy. By lunchtime I was fed up and decided to get dressed and walk down to see the boys who had gone to their Nanas.

Then we all went for a walk along the beach (well they rode their bikes, some of the way anyway) and went to the park. Then I had a coughing fit til I nearly choked. A lovely woman came up and gave me a bottle of water she had in ther bag and told me to have it. I kept coughing for about 20 minutes. Then we walked back to the car. We were cold and it was getting dark so we had a cup of tea when I saw the sunset between the houses opposite so had to go and look.
