Faithful cross training companion... coming out of

Hasn't seen service for four or five years. Replaced inner tube and dabbed foamy warm water on the trusty steed. Brakes are minimal. I seem to have lost the key to the lock. On the other hand its probably in better condition than me. Found it almost impossible to pump up the tyres, because it involved bending in a way my back has obviously forgotten how to do.
