It's meant to be gaudy, it's crochet.

So perfect day for sitting on the couch catching up with what was meant to be a tasteful blanket.  If you look closely you'll see I chucked some hot pink in there.  

Come on..it's crochet.  I can't do subtle colours. It's meant to be gaudy and slightly vile.
I watched boyhood while granny striping.  Amazing how the director spent all those years filming.  Haven't seen the end as school uniforms , chicken dinners and baths had to be squeezed in.
