Today is the last day of the Christmas holidays. we set our alarms to try and make the return to routine a bit more bearable tomorrow.

Kenny and I went to the community centre this morning for a game of badminton, which I lost. This was followed by a swim, steam room and sauna it was lovely.

The afternoon was spent food shopping, cooking and taxi-ing the boys to their friends and football.

Kenny and I made our speciality supper tonight. We had chicken stuffed with black pudding and whiskey sauce. He wasn't too pleased I made him use his Glenmorangie instead of the grouse but it was lovely.

Today's blip is of him burning his beloved Glenmorangie for the sauce.
