Make good choices, make good choices...

The house is just crammed full of chocolate and sweets.  The plate in the background, behind these lovely clementines and apples still has Halloween candy on it!  Chris has decided he's on a bit of a health kick after seeing in the new year on board a ship which provided food 24/7 if wanted.  I really should join him.  I definitely need to move more.  The dance school where the children go are starting dance classes for adults - I don't think I'm up to that though!!  Maybe a walk instead...
