Caffeine and lactose free coffee?!
I have spoken about my blood pressure in the past, but after a recent visit to the doctor, I made some big changes.
I gave up caffeine around two weeks ago and the results gave my lowest blood pressure ever since I've been monitoring it.
A blood test showed my cholesterol was up slightly, so I've decided to move to soya milk which should help, but I've also read in the past that all Chinese people have lactose intolerance (albeit at varying levels).
Amazing what we'll do in the name of health!
