Day 4 - Sanctuary

Three beautiful things :
Ending the holidays as I started the holidays - paddling the Loop section of the Dart with the TCC. 3 swims this time although did get down Triple 2 and 3 and no injuries today!

Walking the dogs along my favourite stretch of the Avon. A real place of sanctuary and the dogs can run free!

The sound of the Song Thrush heard whilst walking the dogs.

One thing to be grateful for:
Being able to 'escape' for a while.
