Broken light

We have two lights in our bathroom and one has been broken for a little while. I took the time to dismantle it and change the tubes... No good!

The starter has probably gone, so this photo is to allow me to Google a replacement starter. I hope it works and learning from the past, I'll switch off the power before doing any work!
