New Years Eve

Did lots of singing this day - joined a session for people learning to play the ukulele, then a group who were practising a couple of songs to perform for the end of festival cabaret, and then a voice workshop exploring the use of the voice in a playful way. This was all good as I love to sing.

For once we actually celebrated New Years Eve instead of going to bed at 10pm. There was dancing and lots of people dressed up, then a bonfire outside to write down and burn what your are leaving behind from the past year. Then a candle lit walk to the river where you could pick a stone to throw in to bring forth your intentions for the coming year.
