Little Madam

As I said before, I am loving reading Ballet Shoes again with Heidi. She seems to be enjoying it too, but still refuses to read it to me at any point other than bedtime. I'd have loved a cosy half hour reading together on the sofa this afternoon- in fact, most afternoons this week. But what with TV, PC and TOYS, reading just doesn't come into it. When I absolutely insisted that the cartoons go off yesterday she came down with a Horrid Henry book instead. Little madam!
Still, a cosy half hour at bedtime is better than none at all.
