The holiday is over!

We needn't have worried about sleeping in for the wood delivery. This cheeky monkey woke in the middle of the night, came in beside us, and proceeded to ensure we didn't get a wink (while he slept soundly) before demanding a banana and to be dressed an hour before the alarm even went off!

The boy that usually likes a lazy morning was then just full of beans and mischief all day until we finally managed to tuck him up way closer to his usual bedtime.

Maybe it's his way of getting our time clocks back on track in time for normal business to resume or maybe we've been too soft when it comes to 'the red box'!
