The Glums

Today we went down to the smoke for our daughters birthday treat which was a trip to see Les Miserables, known in theatre circles as The Glums.

I've seen the theatre show 15 times now and this was the best proffessional production I've seen.

I normally start crying when Fauntine dies (half way through the first half) but tonight the tears flowed after about 10 minutes (when the bishop gives Jean Valjean the candlesticks).
