Ukulele Girl

Mantra for the day...focus on the present situation. I seemed to be the only one not frustrated by our hour long wait at the phone service store that netted zero in terms of phone service. Probably because I expect the computers to be down an understaffing at the store. It's par for the course!

This is my girl playing her uke after dinner. It seems all 4th year children at her school have the opportunity to learn and play this fun instrument. Grace enjoys practicing at home. I have been hesitant to arrange formal instrument lessons because I remember not wanting to practice piano when I was her age. The last thing I want to do is set up a dynamic where I am nagging her to practice. So, this ukulele development has been most welcome!
