Romanesco Broccoli

This is such a beautiful vegetable, I am not sure I could bring myself to eat it. So I bought the orange cauliflower next to it instead.

FYI : Bob did not find orange cauliflower any more appealing than white cauliflower. The purple sweet potato did go over well.
