Time to think.

  It is a miserable day outside and I am still choked up with the cold, so I decided to look up one of my art books for some inspiration on the topic of still life.  I was going to try an arrangement with white objects in the style of Giorgio Morandi, (1890-1964), but I have neither his genius or obsessiveness and some colour crept in.
  On the subject of the polaroid blipfoto merger, I am not an IT specialist but I had been vaguely wondering whether the old blipfoto would have been able to survive financially without some sort of business arrangement with another company.  It could have been worse, it could have been a takeover by facebook or twitter and further down the line that could still happen.  As long as the blip central team sort out some of the issues with the re design of the website I am willing to continue contributing.  I don't want the site to become blip lite, and so it is up to us to keep photographing and writing about our lives in a way which is honest and authentic.
