In the Park...

...or in the dark!

Got up this morning to find that we had no lights! Getting dressed and making breakfast in the dark was fun...

The electrician has just been and despite the voice of Doom Brian reckoning there was some serious problem that would require the rewiring of the whole  house, it turned out that a fuse had been blown due to a bulb giving out. Took the electrician all of two minutes to sort out - easiest £30 he's ever earned!

I am still suffering with the cold, but went for a little walk to the park as I wanted to take a photo of this fountain while the sun was out! Good job I went when I did as it's quite gloomy now. Good job the lights work again too!
