How many men does it take to change a lightbulb?

Six, it seems, and a huge crane!
To be fair, of course they were not changing the bulb at all - they were replacing the old, distinctive, dainty black lamp-posts which looked so right in the centre of the lovely city of Ely with modern, boring, straight up and down grey ones.
More efficient, cheaper to run, probably - but a pity all the same!
