Back to bread making
One thing I missed on our travels was my home made wholewheat bread. Bakery products are quite popular in Portugal but they are mostly made of white flour. I avoid these at home completely nevertheless I had to live on them in Portugal. Luckily red wine every day helped our digestion. I have just pulled out my bread from the oven feeling happy :-)
