Roasting

The one last hurrah of Christmas.

It was dads birthday today. I cooked mum and dad a Sunday Roast. I did a pork crackling joint, and quite amazingly it was crackly! I love cooking roast dinners. I have no idea why, I just get a lot of pleasure out of them.

We went out for a wander this afternoon down to Cardiff Retail Park and Range (the greatest shop in creation!), it was nice to get out and about.

Watched the darts this evening with mum and dad, one of the great finals, with Gary Anderson beating Phil Taylor 7-6.

The darts are over ...

Dad's birthday is done and dusted ...

The decorations come down tomorrow .. Christmas 2014/15 is officially over .. wasn't a bad one was it!
