Maybe it's the shoes...
I'm thinking of registering for my third half marathon. It's not really a new year's resolution, but more of a short term goal.
I ran my first one after dropping 95 pounds. I can't say I love running, but I love the rigorous training that comes with it. I ran another one almost 2 years after the first one, and grossly under estimated (or rather, forgot) how hard it is. I hobbled across the finish line with my tail between my legs. But that first race, hard as it was, I was in amazing shape and my mind was laser-beam focused. I'd like to get that back. 2015 might be the year to do that again.
