Setting the Tone

Hopefully we set the right tone during training day today for 2015 to be a truly successful one. It certainly seems that there's good reason for optimism and it is an essential ingredient when we have the privilege of working with young people.
Our young person was still off school today. It was great to return home to her playing her second new record player. The first one had to go back as it was faulty. The new model has met with great approval as it plays Simple Minds and Joy Division without jumping. We're in a teen time warp!
