Measuring Up

One of the things that Owen loves is when he is taller than an adult.  Great-aunt Sarah came over today to exchange gifts and Owen got the pleasure of measuring up.  Sarah always gets the best gifts for the kids.  Mia got a Barbie with clothes, Evan got the game Life and Owen got classic Monopoly which has quickly become our new favorite game.  Owen, Evan, Jim and I started a game that went through the night and into the next morning.

In addition to visiting with Sarah, Jim, Mia, Evan and I took a short snowshoe this morning and tonight Mom and I took the kids to see the new Annie movie.  While we watched that, Jim and my dad saw "Unbroken."  In case you are wondering, the only positive reviews came from Mia and Evan.
