Dragon lady

I call our deputy head this, although in hindsight it is incorrect as I rather like dragons :)

BB is better I think. (Short for big brother as she seems to be always watching).

Anyway, she organised a training day today, run by a company called Osiris, which was all about the new Special Educational Needs and Disabilities reforms (SEND for short). It was great, I learned a lot, which was a nice change and it helped me identify next steps to follow up on.

So I will give her a pat on the back today for getting it right and organising some good professional development for us...see, she can't be all bad......
