Waitakere Ranges

Not a bad wee view!

We took a little jaunt out to the west of Auckland to visit the Waitakere Ranges and saw some impressive views back over towards Auckland.

Got to walk through a natural protected kauro forest and saw some manuka trees ... if mum was here she would have been extracting their manuka goodness and finding bees to make it into honey!
