9.11

Today I left home at about 7:30am and explored lower Manhattan. I walked around about 8 hours without taking any transportations so I got pretty tired, but the weather was perfect to go outside, so I was very happy.

World Trade Centre was very shocking for me. I spent about 3 hours at WTC. The event was very shocking, but I was 15 years old and in Japan when 9.11 attack was happened, so I felt different today to visit the place and see pictures of some victims and letters from their family and co-workers. Visiting WTC made me re-think that I shouldn't worry about how other people think about me or how I look to other people. The most important things in life are family, friends, loved ones......people who love me and think about me.
