'New Tricks'

Thanks to Ben's visit last night, Dylan has been outside practising the Ollies and board flips this afternoon.

Had a visit from the new land owner behind us this morning, who informed us of his intentions to build a massive 22 x 12m shed pretty much right on our back doorstep, which would totally block our view to the paddock out the back of the house.

We invited him and his son inside for a chat about it to see if we could negotiate a more agreeable location for the shed. I could tell he's been around the developing game for a while and was a negotiator, that's where MsMun held her own ground and made some suggestions that might benefit everyone affected. We will wait and see where this ends up. He's got a lot of red tape to cut with our local council before he gets any type of approval to start with.
