Alex Garvie 1944-2015

This photo is from 1962 of Shottstown miners welfare football team. I have just returned from Alex's funeral in Penicuik, he died on Christmas Eve and I had worked with him for many years. He's middle one on front row and always had that cheery smile on his face even when Hearts got beat. He will be sadly missed by lots of friends and families, but never forgotten. RIP Alex one in a million.
