View from the Bridge #Anglesey

This was the view from the Suspension bridge at Menai Bridge this morning. Bangor pier is on the right hand side and in the distance Beaumaris is on the left side. The Menai Straits opens out into Liverpool Bay in the distance.

We woke up to heavy rain this morning and it had been raining most of the night. I was meeting the Tuesday Gang for our monthly chinese meal and had given myself some time to take photos from the bridge and to do some grocery shopping.

Quite cold, the temperature was around 7 degrees centrigrade all day, no wind yet.
