Christmas gingerbread.
In the kitchen, I spend enough time, I do not perceive it as a burden. At Christmas, I prefer to bake Russian gingerbread.
Taste a variety of Russian gingerbread depended on flour and, of course, from spices and additives, called in ancient times "dry spirits", among which the most popular were black pepper, lemon, mint, coriander, vanilla, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, anise, nutmeg, carnation.
