Beef and homemade Yorkshires. Not the best Yorkshires I've ever made, I used olive oil in the tin which was apparently a bad idea as it doesn't get hot enough so they were not sizzling when I poured the batter in. Oh well they tasted fine, if a bit flat! Sunflower oil next time!
