We had bits of blue skies and today. When I went out for a short walk this afternoon it was -9°C.

Today was a relaxing day and I managed to throw old magazines and papers. I feel I am ready for the New Year now.

I received a parcel from my best friend in Japan. We have known each other for 26 years. For my birthday and the New Year, I am spoilt with "food supply" (Japanese food) that I can't purchase abroad. I am enjoying the food little by little.
