Beef curry

Still on holiday, have decided this year I need to get my weight under control so back at Slimming World.  Have been doing lots of batch cooking while off and freezing meals for when I am back at work.  Loving my new cooker that I got for just over half price in the Curry's Black Friday sale.  Just such luck as my old one had almost gone completely, never liked it.  This one is fantastic.
