Mama Crocketts Cider Doughnuts

... Are the best doughnuts I have ever had in my life.

I picked the kids up from school and went downtown because I heard the doughnut food truck was parked on Main Street.

We got to watch the doughnuts being made.... The hopper dropped the raw dough into a chute filled with oil. There was a flipper that turned them halfway down, and then a flipper at the end that popped them onto a rack.

My son thought they needed a catapult to launch them into the cinnamon sugar.

We got them piping hot and ate them in the car on the way home! YUM.
