A proper shop.

Not a lot of choice today, left home for work just before seven o'clock, forty minutes later arrive Erdington and let myself into office. Still dark outside. 

Quick walk to Greggs for baguette for my lunch and grab picture of this open air greengrocer, this is what shopping used to be all  about, feel the goods, some banter with the assistant behind counter and finally cough up the spondoolicks.

 Leave for home at six, dark outside. What more could you want.
