The Carnival

Not the world's best photo through the window from the 69th floor but this is the AIA Carnival. This is new to HK this year and we expect it to be in olace until after the Chinese New Year. The plan is to attend on Saturday afternoon and evening. I need to see if we can also do the Big Wheel too.
