Hanging On

Bitterly cold today - it was -23˚C on the balcony when we got up and there was not much improvement all day. A pyjama day if ever there was one, but we bundled up and went out. At least it was sunny! I skied a circuit of the golf course while Mr. L. walked. My fingertips just about fell off, but the rest of me was quite warm. Must remember to buy some handwarmers next time we're in town.

I slipped out again as the sun was setting to find a blip - siill frigid! I really liked the way the late afternoon light caught these two leaves that are still hanging on there, in spite of the icy blasts of winter and so pleased that I didn't have to stay out long!
