Constitution

The last major meeting of the constitution panel.

We've been through the council constitution with a fine tooth comb to try and make it easier to understand by taking out some of the legalese and 're writing various paragraphs and sentances.

Hopefully I'll be 're elected in May to follow these fundamental principles and rules that govern our Council and make us accountable to the citizens of Chelmsford
