Preening Crimson

Steady day today; third-to-last before my fortnight in NZ. Looked under control; got out of control; rescued by a couple of no-shows and a cancellation. ;)

Photos were taken in the morning before leaving for work. I think this rose is nice, and quite liked this pair of Agatha's panties, but in the end elected to go with a crimson rosella in the maple:

This took quite a bit of work; the rosella was almost silhouetted, in what came from the camera.
