My Back Yard

Oh dear it's raining again and we are forecast high wind and gales at the weekend so that should be fun NOT
When I was a kid we had proper seasons( I know we did) the winter was cold and frosty( not wet and windy)the spring was mild with showers( showers not torrential rain) the summer was warm and dry and the autumn was cold and wet ( but not so dull you want to slash your wrists)
Or am I looking through those rose tinted specs????
