Rebuild project?

You may just be able to make out to the right of the trees to the left the remains of a house. It always amazes me that no one has applied for permission to rebuild it. It sits in the middle of a vast field which used, when I first came to the village some 30 years ago, to be a pear orchard. The trees were grubbed out some time ago and it is now cropped as well as being the local point-to-point course.
A grey damp afternoon with the hills principally obscured - just the day for beginning to try to do some much needed sorting and throwing out of "STUFF" which is no longer needed (but it might be useful in the future so perhaps I ought to keep it!)........
