Of Mosques and Palaces...

I *hope* I don't get into trouble for blipping this!

It is the view from one side of the office... The mosque belongs to Zabeel Palace - Sheikh Rashid's home and still the place where they hold Majlis and the Eid visits. The very prominent building behind it is the palace of the Crown Prince. And beyond is Dubai! Or a part of it.

It has not been a good day at work. Bad news of a redundancy and then the news from Paris. We live in tough times. Dropping oil prices are not good news for a training company in the Middle East!

Apart from that; I have managed to catch up with some journals today and hope to continue to do that into the weekend! Thursday tomorrow so it has to be GOOD.
