Condensation on windows

Took this photo walking into the room and it was bright white.  Don't have any idea why it was so dark-- blipped it while phone still had  power since we lost power for the day.  Finally back on -But trees down and wind still blowing so we can loose power again with  predictions for freezing weather- no snow or ice.
