Cupcake Rose

I am not sure I can eat it, it is so beautiful. It took lots of effort to make a cupcake look as beautiful as this! I do get offered a lot of cupcakes being at school but I dont always eat them. Luckily I have children to pass them on to. The little ones feel so special to come and present me with a cupcake when it is their birthday and I like to make a big fuss of them too!

This cupcake ended up with a special little girl today. She is new to our school and has crept into my heart. Last year her mom died of cancer and I know every day is still a struggle for her. She will always come and give me a hug and I like to give her some extra attention when I can. She was delighted to have this pretty cupcake today.

I used my Friday to get my office sorted out and ready for a new week. I did filing and phone calls and I am now ready for Monday when I can tackle some bigger tasks.

The weather is now quite chilly in the mornings and my windscreen was covered in ice today. But by midday jerseys are off and its quite lovely.

The weekend has arrived and I hope to enjoy some of it just relaxing at home!!
