Every morning when I get in its straight over to the library cafe bar for my morning one shot latte - the girls know my order I'm a creature of habit - it's my treat of the day as I have had to cut down on caffeine due to the fact I was drinking cans and cans of Pepsi plus the multiple coffees in the day - no wonder I never slept at night
