Flow_ology

A pretty full-on day of Flow_ology fieldwork at Hairmyres Hospital. Lots of meetings and encounters with physicians and charge nurses and managers but I'm still confusedly trying to work out in my head the way the unscheduled medical inpatient flow works. A&E, Ward 2 (AMU), CDU, JAB, can somebody please draw me a diagram...?
