No that's not a typo - it's just me trying hard not to swear!

I don't usually resort to bad language, but the air was blue today as I tried in vain to load IOS 8 on to my iPad.  The screen has jammed on this iTunes logo and refuses to budge.  I've followed all the help sections I can find, but the machine will not reboot.  It may mean a trip to the Apple store in Edinburgh if I can't find a way to fix it.  Aaaaaargh!

The reason I was trying to load IOS 8?  That's what the new Polaroid Blipfoto iPad app requires and I missed having it on my iPad.  I'd heard about the problems with IOS 8, but never thought they'd be this bad.

On a happier note, I sold my first photo print on aluminium today to a friend who had seen my one on my wall and loved it.  She invited me round for coffee when it arrived and it just so happened that she'd invited another couple of friends too.  One is a wonderful singer and my friend plays the piano, so we were treated to a musical soirée at a near-professional level:-)  What a delight!

Then I had to come home and try and sort out my iPad:-(
