Chicks with Bricks

I promised a more interesting blip for today and hopefully this delivers.

I attended a networking event held by Chicks with Bricks at the House of Commons. An awesome place to be and and an evening of networking, deep thinking conversations and some great speakers - the secretary of state for education, the former minister for women and equalites, the president elect of the RIBA and a princes trust ambassador.

Of the 150 women there were also 16 men - to reflect the 12% ratio of women : men in the construction industry - we need more!
