its cold out side

So busy right now. Very little time for anything, including eating, sleeping or blipping. A quick snap in the car park. Minus 30 today - one could say it was cold outside.

The big news for the day - we got substantial completion at around 5pm. The key is in my hand, let the big times roll and the fun begin!
