Make Way For the New

I was looking for a receipt for something a few days ago and came across the receipt for my pickleball paddle. I was very surprised to find that it was six years old! No wonder I'd thought that it had gotten a little soft. 

When I bought it, it seemed rather expensive -- around $60 -- but not after I've had a couple of thousand hours of fun with it!

The new one cost $65 ($78 with sales tax and shipping). I'm not complaining. It definitely is firmer -- can't wait to try it out.
