Winter sunlight.

Tomorrow's forecast is awful, so I decided to head down to the beach at lunchtime and get some sunshine before the next onslaught of wind and rain.  I have been following the story in the news about the murders in Paris and it's clear that what happened there has implications far beyond France.  I have been looking at some of the cartoons which have been produced since the shooting and there is no doubting the power of political satire and its ability to shock and shake people out of their complacency.  It must be terrifying to find yourself caught up in all the police activity.
